He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Grady Kelly and Myrtie Jones Kelly; and his wife Judy Barnes Kelly. He is survived by: his daughters, Karol Kelly, Lisa Kelly and Kristen Quinton; his grandchildren, Emma Kelly and Sam Kelly; and his cousin Kay Kelly.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hart's Mortuary Jones County Chapel (307 Pecan Ln, Gray, GA 31032). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the W. E. Knox Civic Center (161 W Clinton St, Gray, GA 31032).
