He is survived by: his parents, Russell Waters and Pamela Waters; and his sisters, Nicole Wynn (Matt) and Tonya Lord (Shaun). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A reception was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gray Memorial Chapel (4378 Gray Hwy, Gray, GA 31032).
