He is survived by: his children, Michael Thompson (Penny Meredith) of Butler, Georgia and Amy Peacock (Heath) of Gray; his grandsons, Lance Peacock of Montana, Michael Dale Thompson of Eastman, Jackson Peacock of Gray and Aaron Thompson of Butler; his brother Richard Thompson (Polly Ann) of Atlanta; and his great grandchild Charlie Russell of North Carolina.
