He was predeceased by: his brother James Franklin Starley. He is survived by: his wife Kim Starley; his brother Cecil Starley (Pat) of Gray; his nieces, Amy Starley Parker of Gray and Christy Starley Holliman (Chad) of Thomaston, Georgia; and his pet Duke. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
