She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Garoffolo. She is survived by: her daughter Tracie Hubbard (Keith); her granddaughter Chelsea Hubbard (Blake Mueller); her sister Roddi Krivanek; her stepdaughter Tanya Perry; and her stepgrandchildren, JT Gibson, Cameron Perry and Tristyn Perry.
