He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dixon Howell; his daughters, Rhonda Mills (Neal) of Gray and Renee Giannoni (David) of Elberton; his sisters, Shirley Howell of Starr and Barbara Keown (Albert "Buddy") of Anderson; his grandchildren, Drew Mills of Forest City, Brent Mills (Lauren), Hannah Mills and Brandon Giannoni of Elberton; and his great grandchildren, Harper and Landon Mills of Gray.
