He was predeceased by: his grandmother Juanita Wierschiem. He is survived by: his fiancé Dietra Clemons; his partner's children, A'la Allen and Michael Howell; his children, Kaprin Jacobsen, Javon Jacobsen and Jaslee Jacobsen; his parents, Jimmie Jacobsen and Beverly Jacobsen; and his brothers, Thomas Jacobsen, David Jacobsen, Chris Jacobsen, Daniel Jacobsen, Robert Jacobsen, James Jacobsen and Matt Jacobsen. He is also survived by three nephews and a niece.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
