He is survived by: his daughters, Brittiney Etheridge, Kelly Maxwell, Rheabecca Brown and Jenifer Etheridge; his wife Karen Etheridge; his mother Nita Champion; his sisters, Lori Littlejohn, Sheila Godfrey, Bonnie Lewis (Austin Etheridge), Jaydon Etheridge, Elizabeth Etheridge and Ayden Etheridge (Derek Hayes, Jr.); and his nieces and nephews, David Etheridge, Luke Andrew Diedrich, Johnathan Christopher Littlejohn, Morgan Lee Littlejohn, Tristan Ted Ross, Aaron Gregory, Kaleb Lewis, Kimber Lewis, Shelby Godfrey and Cheyenne Godfrey.
