A memorial service will be held Monday, January 2. 2023, 4:00 PM at Gray Memorial Chapel, 4378 Gray Highway, Gray, Georgia 31032.
Ethan was born in Milledgeville, Georgia on November 19, 1989 to his loving mother Lisa Farrow Riggs. Ethan is survived by his daughter, Zoey Jane Riggs, sister, Jennifer Riggs, maternal grandmother, Brenda Dupree, nephew, Kayson Lane, aunts: Robin Riggs Jarriel and Nikki Dupree Dunn, uncles: Charles Edward Farrow Jr., and Joey Dunn, cousins: Haley Farrow Vince, Heath and Kell Jarriel, Charlie Boswell, Missie Beasley, Madison Dunn and countless, loving family members.
Ethan is predeceased in death by his father, Todd Stephen Riggs, paternal grandparents, Harvey Riggs Jr., and Paulette Beverly Riggs, maternal grandparents, Charles Edward and Nancy Farrow, and an uncle, Joshua Riggs.
