He is survived by: his parents, David Ramos Sr. and Ramona Caballero Ramos; his sisters, Amarilis (Whitney) and Rachel (Max); and his nieces and nephews, Dean, Sariah, Ysabel, Lilly, Phoebe, Lily, Everest and Azucena.
David and his father were caregivers to his mother for 7 years as she suffered from Alzheimer's disease.
