He was predeceased by: his sister Sondra Dawn Johnson; and his stepbrother Jeffery Scott Fowler. He is survived by: his parents, Joann Adkins and Ernie Fowler; his brother Michael Tyre (Tracy); his stepsisters, Cheryl McClellan (Sam) and Debbie Anderson (Westley); his former wife Julia King; and his fiancée Doris Rivera. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
