Mercer of Gray; his close friend Grace Seymore of Chapin; his sisters, Florence Bohannon of Forsyth and Linda Morrison of Jackson; his sister-in-law Dorothy Mercer of Forsyth; and his stepdaughters, Bonnie Danis of Prosperity and Wendy Crump of Chapin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
