It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Joyce Mitchell (Gray, Georgia), who passed away on April 4, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Lewis and Viola Lewis; her son Billy Wayne Mitchell; and her siblings, Sissy Damron and Jesse Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband James Mitchell (Mitch); her children, Angie Hooper (Stephen) and Hailey; her granddaughter Bethany Herin (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Rylee Ann and Daniel Paul; her granddaughter Maggie Upchurch (Chris); her great grandchild Allison; her daughter-in-law Rebekah Mitchell; her siblings, Cynthia Tackett (Reggie) and Wendle Lewis (Karen); and her siblings-in-law, Bennie Damron and Janice Lewis.
