He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Levi Smith and Cora Inez Smith. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Smith of Grantville; his children, Mike, Cindy Smith of Grantville, Carolyn, Robert Fowler of LaGrange and Greg Tucker of Hogansville; his sisters, Mary Ellen Gosdin (Jim) and Rosie Fallon (Eddie); and his grandchildren, Michael A. Smith, Jr. (Jamie), Crystal Hand (Adam), Brian Futral, Tony Futral (Julie), Greg Tucker, Jr. (Jennifer), Jonathan Tucker and Samantha Fowler. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
