He was predeceased by: his pet Tank; his parents, Charlie Nix and Martha Nix; his brother Cary Sallee; and his pet Angel.
He is survived by: his wife Suzan Marie Nix of Grantville; his children, Suzan (Bob Easter), Virginia (Tim Baker), Mary (Tommy Youngblood) and Charles Lee Nix, Jr. (Kathy) of Newnan; his grandchildren, Hannah (Phil), Nate, Ashlyn, Anthony Cole, Jake, Elizabeth (Justin), Aidan, David, Jacob and Selena; his great grandchild Riley; and his siblings, Ronald (Marge Tanner), Donald (Joyce Tanner), Dean (Donna Newcome), Ben Ashby of Plant City, FL, Stanley Higgs and Denise Ward of New Port Richey, FL.. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
