She is survived by: her parents, Teresa Lewis and Charles Ray Horsley (Ruth); her godchildren, Abby, Kason, Olivia and Allison; her siblings, Denise Scott (Brian), Krystal Strickland (Troy), Tonya Cook, Katie Lewis, Steven Horsley, Calvin Horsley (Jordan), Chris Chapman, Bobby Chapman (Mary Lee), Shane Chapman (April) and Steven Chapman (Sarah); and her aunts and uncles, Diane Spurling (Ken), Marvin Horsley (Gail), Gloria Blair, Ricky Slaton (Bess), Jerry Hines, Debbie Grantham and Selena Devlin. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
