He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest W. Neal and Ivaline Manning Neal. He is survived by: his children, Joey Neal, Nikki Neal and Alison Neal Dempsey; his brothers, Ernie Neal and Phil Neal; and his grandchildren, Kaylie Neal, Paisley Lance, Avelyn Lance and Ian Lance.
