It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Eugene Payne of Gordon, Georgia, who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Payne and Pearly Mae Payne; and his siblings, James Robert Payne, Michael O'Neal Payne, Barbara Wyatt and Margaret Bagwell.
He is survived by: his sons, Randall L. Payne (LeAnn), Keith E. Payne, Thomas Lee Payne (Heather), Neal Payne and Herschel Payne; his siblings, Roy Thomas Payne and Kathy M. Payne; and his grandchildren, Taylor Payne, Chelsea Payne Newport, Curtis Payne, Harley Payne, Donaven Payne, Saleana Payne, Amanda Swindle and Alex Payne Swindle. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
