He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wallin and Doris Louise Smith Wallin. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" L. Wallin of Coosa, GA; and his children, Andrew Wallin, Steve Starling (Tammy), Michael Wallin, Matt Wallin (Ashlei), Pam Childs (Randall), Kristy Starling and Wendy Montgomery (Kevin). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Ralph wanted to help pay off the church building where he attended, so in lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made in his name to the Rome church of Christ.
