Hershel Brookshire and Maudie Ralston Brookshire; her husband Henry Kirby; her siblings, Wallace Brookshire, Ed Brookshire, Sam Brookshire, Mae Pierce, Oneita Pankey, Aileen Parker and Evelyn Haulk; her son-in-law Daneward Sutherland; and her grandson Shane Michael Kirby.
She is survived by: her son Michael Kirby (Janie Kirby); her sisters, Frances Craig and Inez Kilgore; her daughter Diane Sutherland; her grandchildren, Stephanie Kinman (Brad), Shaun Sutherland (Chasity), Aaron O'Shields, Nathan O'Shields and Megan Coker (Leaton); her great grandchildren, Dalyn Silvers, Jaxson Silvers, Hudson Kinman, Lola Mitchell, Moxi Sutherland, James O'Shields, Abby O'Shields, Savannah O'Shields, Wyatt Schooley, Keatlee Coker, Ryle Coker and Huntleigh Coker; and her great great grandchildren, Hudson Shook, Cohen Ramirez and Stella O'Shields.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home (535 Red Bud Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
