She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Broyles; her daughter Janet Abel Hamilton; her siblings, William Jones, Harry Jones, Robert Jones, Berrymond Jones, Rev. David B. Jones, Richard R. Jones, Betty Elmstrom, Ruth Love, Sarah Brown, Carmen Bridges, Mary Abel and Selma Moskowitz; and her great grandchildren, Noah Hamilton and Camryn Pass.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Wayne Abel, Terry Abel Bailey and Mitzi Broyles Padgett; her grandchildren, Lance Broyles, Chandler Patton, Amanda Bailey Powell and Isabella Padgett; and her great grandchildren, Courtney Pass, Oscar Bailey, Zachary Bailey, Stella Scarber, Graham Scarber and Eloise Broyles.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home (535 Red Bud Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
