She was predeceased by : her parents, J. L. Owens and Lydia Bell Anderson Owens; her husband William "Bill" Farist Sr.; and her brothers, Larry Owens (Myra), Tommy Owens, David Owens and Harry Owens.
She is survived by : her children, Lisa Baldwin (Lee), Bill Farist (Jane) and Michael Farist (Angie); her grandchildren, Jessica, Allie, Ethan, Ryan, Catherine, Steven, Misty and Nicole; her great grandchild Ada Gant; her siblings, Inez Owens (Johnnie) and Johnny Owens (Cathy); and her sisters-in-law, Mildred Loveless and Edna Owens.
