It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Williamson of Gordon, Georgia, born in Fitzgerald, Georgia, who passed away on July 11, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Asbury and Minnie Smith Williamson; his former wife Barbara Jean Griffin Williamson; and his grandchild Areale Nunn. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Williamson; his daughters, Theresa Lynn Padgett (Ronald Lee) and Amy Williamson Bailey (Mike); his stepson Travis Marion Nunn (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Amber Hatcher, Justin Hatcher, Mark Padgett, Casey McNeely and Haley Nunn; his great grandchildren, Kinsley, Hannah, Ayaan, Zoey and Charlotte; and his siblings, Calvin Williamson and Debra Reaves. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
