He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Carl Thomas and Nell Vaughn Thomas; and his sister Lois Ray. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ross Thomas; and his children, Gary Thomas, Steve Thomas (Janie), David Thomas (Silma), Eddie Thomas, Debby Gowens (Dewey) and Cindy Lumpkin. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Social distancing guidelines must be followed at all times while attending the service.
