He is survived by: his daughter Bonnie Skaggs of Milledgeville; his siblings, Betty Jo Vinci (Thomas) of Fayetteville and Dr. Jimmy Day (Hannah) of Griffin; and his grandchildren, Dalton Michael and Callie Morgan Skaggs of Milledgeville.
