He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ann Hall Griffin; his sons, Gary Lamar Griffin Jr. (Shannon) and Christopher Lamar Griffin; his siblings, Ronnie Griffin (Carol), Wanda Gail Johnson and Roger Christopher Briscoe; and his pets, B. B. and Bella.
