She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Hughes and Daisy Long Hughes; her husband Herman Hyde; her children, Justin Hyde and Wanda June Hyde; and her siblings, G. C. Hughes, Ruby Hughes Stanley, Coyet Hughes, Jessie Hughes Slaughter, Cobell Hughes and Bertie Hughes Stanley.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Jo Bailey (David), Donna Harkins (Ed) and James Hyde (Susan); and her grandchildren, Allen Bailey, Brian Bailey, Darren Bailey, John Hyde, Jennie Hyde McQueen, Holly Hyde Carpenter, Angela Stanfield Raley, Lorin Stanfield Cameron and Heath Hyde. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
