He was predeceased by : his parents, Dailey Lilly and Shirley Pendergrass Lilly. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Sherwood Lilly of Gordon; and his sons, Dailey David Lilly, III of Milledgeville, Thomas Edward Lilly (Erin) of Michigan, Michael Joseph Lilly (Yvonne) of Texas and Zekiel Nathaniel Lilly of Milledgeville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
