He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ray Floyd and Molly Scott Floyd; his siblings, Jerry M. Floyd, Hildreth Woods, Mildred Floyd, Clemmie Floyd Wright and Betty Floyd Byerley; and his brothers-in-law, Ellis Woods, Jack Wright and Frank Byerley.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Norris Floyd; his children, Chad Floyd (Faye), Charles "Chuck" Floyd Jr., Cindy Floyd Gossage and Christie Floyd Ellis (Chris); and his grandchildren, Amber G. Lee, Joey T. Gossage, Nicole Floyd, Aaron Floyd, Colton Carroll, Derrika Johnson, Amanda Daniel, Jerry Floyd and Heather Floyd. He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
