He is survived by: his parent Beulah Smith Mincey; his wife Mary Rice Mincey; his children, Kenneth Joe Mincey and Patricia Ann Fletcher; his sister Dorothy Holmes; his grandchildren, Christy Brown, Suzanne Fletcher, Blake Mincey, Colby Mincey, Kirby Mincey and Tristian Mincey; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Brown, Justin Brown and Hope Brown.
