She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell E. Rhodes and Elizabeth J. Rhodes (Carmen). She is survived by: her husband Don Cardwell of Good Hope; her son Keith; her daughter-in-law Tiffany Cardwell of Loganville; her daughter Lori; her son-in-law Brian Bell of Good Hope; her grandson Colton Cardwell; and her siblings, Barlow Rhodes, Eddie Rhodes, Russell Rhodes and Linda Tieman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
