He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon L. Edge and Elizabeth Montez Johnson Edge; his son Dennis Lawrence Edge; and his brothers, Seaborn David Edge and Donnie Edge.
He is survived by: his son David Lamar Edge of Yulee, FL; his sisters, Denise Edge Johnson of Glenwood, GA and Renee Edge; his grandchildren, Gracie, Bradley and Alaina Edge; his nieces, Angie Hooks (Wayne), Sabrina Coleman (Brandon) and Kendra Pickle (Dale); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brylen Goss, Brynna Coleman, Peyton, Denton, Kelton, Weston, Keaton Pickle and Bonus; and his sons, Chris Williams and James Hooks.
