He is survived by: his wife Mary Frost of Glenwood; his children, Ellis Rubio of Illinois, Jerry Neal Powell (Ada) of Glenwood and Amanda Fountain (TJ) of Glenwood; his sisters, Nancy Stapleton of Baxley, Denise Taylor of Sandersville, Fern Bowen of Tifton, Sherri Frost and Tampa; and his grandchildren, Drew, Jeremy, Neal, Katie and Jase. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
