He is survived by: his parents, Colen Lee Horne, Sr. and Louella Powell Horne; his wife Rhonda Horne; his children, Joshua Horne, Caleb Horne and Patricia Horne; and his brother Christopher Horne (Dana). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
