He was predeceased by: his parents, William Forsyth and Ethel Feagin Forsyth. He is survived by: his wife Anne Forsyth of Glennville; his children, Thomas F. Forsyth of Lakeland, Michael Shane Forsyth of Tampa, William S. Forsyth (Traci) of Tampa and Corey E. McCord (April) of Statesboro, Georgia.; and his grandchildren, Brandon Forsyth, Joshua McCord, Jacob McCord and Elizabeth McCord. He is also survived by his family, friends, and neighbors.
