He is survived by: his mother Loutrell Stubbs Futch of Glennville; his wife Angela Weaver-Guy of Glennville; his stepmother Inga Guy of Babson Park; his children, RJ Guy (Marsha) of Lena, Tiffany Krippner (Mike) of Mt Airy, Trent Morgan (Ashley) of Athens, Kristi Yancey (Josh) of Glennville and Matthew Teague (Deanna) of Glennville; his siblings, Robert Guy of Babson Park, Debra Benton (Terry) of Glennville, Kelli Altman (John) of Glennville, Renee Guy of Babson Park and Heidi Fennell (Alan) of Macon, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Adam Guy, Lauren Guy, Delaney Waters, Michaela Krippner, Kade Morgan, Cooper Morgan, Alice Teague and Ryan Teague; and his nephew Gabe Foster. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Social distancing of six feet due to Covid 19 will be enforced and masks are asked to be worn on all services.
