He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Rush and Dorothy Lehr Rush. He is survived by: his wife Sandi Rush of Jones Lake; his children, Brandy Rush (James) of Maine, Tiffany Myers (Jasper) of Delaware, Timothy Millirones of Reidsville, Johnnie Millirones of Arizona and Nicole Strong of Reidsville; his stepmother Gertie Rush; his siblings, Richard Rush (Toni) of Delaware, Roberta Iverson of Maryland and Robin Rush of Maryland; and his great grandchild Marshall Louis Johnson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
