It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Tootle of Glennville, Georgia, born in Reidsville, Georgia, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Foy E. Tootle and Nettie Lee Wilds Tootle; and his siblings, Carolyn Tootle Hatfield, Katherine Tootle Hughes, Vonice Tootle Price, Terry Tootle and Gladys Tootle Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Bennie Kicklighter Tootle of Glennville; his children, Mary Patton (Aaron) of Newnan and Andy Tootle (Mary) of Baxley; his stepchildren, Kelly Bland (Lee) of Glennville, Rhonda Carter of Glennville, Shawnda White (David) of Glennville and James Hall (Jamie) of Brunswick; and his siblings, Melba Tootle Smith of Reidsville, Foy Tootle, Jr. of Reidsville, Earnest Tootle, Sr. of Reidsville, Doy Tootle of Alamo and Doyle Tootle (Susan) of Reidsville. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to Stoney Hill Freewill Baptist Church.
