She was predeceased by: her husband Reynaldo Acosta, Sr.; her son Reynaldo Acosta, Jr.; her parents, Oscar Chavez and Alifonsa Rodriguez Chavez; and her brothers, Oscar Chavez, Jr. and Rudy Chavez, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Marivel Rapalo (Osman) of Glennville and Mario Martinez of Texas; her siblings, Raul Chavez (Noemi), Ruben Chavez (Veronica), Ana Maria Lira, Maria Guadalupe Chavez (Kenneth), Esmeralda Trejo, Elizabeth Douglas and Doris Magee; and her grandchildren, Jazmine Martinez, Stephany Quintero, Brianna Quintero, Osman Rapalo, Elizabeth Martinez, Reynaldo Ramirez Acosta, III, Ariana Martinez, Mario Martinez, Jr. and Isabella Martinez. She is also survived by her family, particularly her grandchildren and daughter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Glennville Funeral Home (403 W Barnard St, Glennville, GA 30427). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
