It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luther Caron Reddish Jr. of Glennville, Georgia, who passed away on January 19, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Luther Caron departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Luther Caron may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Luther Caron leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Luther Reddish Sr.; and his brother Derel Reddish. He is survived by: his mother Janie Ruth Reddish; his wife Janet Reddish; his brother Mike Reddish (Dawn) of Ludowici; his mother-in-law Penny Barnes of Glennville; his brothers-in-law, Bobby Barnes (Ann) of Glennville, Ricky Barnes of Glennville and Jimmy Barnes (Michelle) of Augusta; and his cousin Mary Grace Driggers. He is also survived by family and his mother.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brannen Family Funeral Services (206 N Veterans Blvd, Glennville, GA 30427). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at the Pigott Branch Baptist Church Cemetery (12807 Cecil Nobles Hwy, Ludowici, GA 31316).
