He is survived by: his wife Maria Medders of Glennville; his daughter Athena Alejandra Hernandez; his parents, Jose A. Hernandez of Glennville and Teresa Cordova of Glennville; his siblings, Oscar Hernandez (Zuleyma Cruz) of Glennville, Ashley Hernandez of Glennville and Tiffany Anahi Reyes of Glennville; and his grandparents, Santiago and Amelia Cordova of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
