He is survived by: his wife Sondra Twibell of Giltner, Nebraska.; his sons, Mark Twibell (Laurie) and John Twibell (Crystal); and his grandchildren, Lieutenant John Carl Twibell, Lieutenant David Twibell (Kathrine), Henry Twibell (Joanna), Katherine Lord (Matthew), Artiss Twibell, Raleigh Twibell (Esther), Annie Twibell, Amelia Twibell, Alaina Twibell and Abbi Cate Twibell. He is also survived by friends and relatives.
