She is survived by: her daughter Michelle; her son-in-law Lee Taylor of Collins; her grandson Justin Taylor (Katie) of Collins; her great grandchildren, Waylon, Mason Taylor of Collins and Alaina Taylor of Collins; and her siblings, Morris Lively Sr. of Collins, Earl Lively (Peggy) of Collins and Pat Lively (Mary Ann) of Collins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
