He was predeceased by: his son Michael Brannen; and his brother Theron Brannen. He is survived by: his wife Melba Brannen of Glennville, GA; his children, Bobby J. Brannen (Betty Ann) of Glennville, Donnie Brannen (Tammy) of Metter, Debbie Brannen of Claxton and Gaila B. Blocker (Billy) of Glennville, GA; his sister Jonell Bland; his sister-in-law Carrie Brannen of Glennville, GA; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Brannen (Kyleen), Joe Banks (Valorie), Trisha Schwonke, Jason Brannen (Elaina), Casey Brannen, Amanda Blocker and Nicholas Blocker. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
