She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Sturgill and Melissa Nell Durham; her husband Burl Bear; and her son Bobby Bear. She is survived by: her daughter Betty Hodgson (Robert) of Claxton; and her siblings, Sammy Sturgill, Danny Sturgill, Patty Gibson and Margie Spears. She is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
