We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2020, at the age of 83, James Malabar Dixon (Girard, Georgia), born in Americus, Georgia passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Dixon and Malabar Dixon; and his son Bobby Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Murray Dixon; his children, Rick Dixon of Girard and Joni Dixon Ferguson (Jeff) of Dallas, GA; and his grandchildren, Justin Dixon (Kimberly), Josh Ferguson (Rachael), James Dixon (Hilary), Jordyn Kerr (Ben) and Alyssa Dixon Bailey. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
