She was predeceased by: her father George Pepper; her husband J. C. Dale; her sister Grace Roberts; her siblings-in-law, Merle Sims, Eva Perdue, Jeanette Dale, Mildred Lewallen, Nervie Turpin, Jean Whitehead, W. F. Sims, Vance Lewallen, Otis Turpin, Donald Perdue and Jobie Roberts; her nieces, Dianne Autry, Patricia Collins, Jane Warwick and Teena Pepper; and her nephew Curtis Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Dale (Wanda) and Myra Sue Whidby (Rex); her grandchildren, Blake Whidby (Lisa), Rodney Dale (Jodi), Darbi Whidby and Heather Barrett (Kent); her brothers, Donald Pepper (Brenda) and Wendall Pepper (Sarah); and her brothers-in-law, John Dale, Marshall Dale (Wilma) and Samuel Dale (Peggy).
