He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Alexander and Betty Whitmire Cahill; and his brother Lonnie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lena Whitfield Cahill of Gillsville, GA; his children, Frank (Katie Cahill), Melanie Cahill of Jacksonville, FL, Angel (Max Lipchinsky) of Gillsville, GA and Phillip Blackburn of Gillsville, GA; his sisters, Desiree Cahill Wolfe (John Wolfe) and Jackie Cahill Gillett of Catawba, NC; and his grandchildren, Travis, Lane, Sean and Belle. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, & friends.
