With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Harris Parson of Gillsville, Georgia, who passed away on December 25, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Joe Harris; her husband Lamertine Parson; and her siblings, Ollie Savage, Margie Sanders, Ruby Harris, Willie Jean Owensby and Jerry Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce (Kenny Crumley), Jan (Steve Parks) and Keith "Bull" Parson; her daughter-in-law Nicole Parson of Gillsville; her siblings, Ruth Parson of Gillsville, William Harris of Gillsville, John Harris of Gillsville, Howard Harris of Gillsville and James Harris of Lula; and also Apryl Carroll. She is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
