He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Henry Pickren, Jr. and Marion Kathryn Carter Pickren; and his siblings, Colin Pickren and Pamela Bartlett. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Miller Pickren; his sons, Paul (Laura Pickren) and Stephen (Nancy Pickren); his sister Carole Pierce; and his grandchildren, Victoria Pickren, Aeiden Pickren and Alexis Pickren.
